Common Client Manual Settings
Email account setup for Apple Devices
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts, then tap Add Account.
2. Tap – Other
3. Tap – Add Mail Account
4. Enter Name – Your Name
5. Enter Email – Full Email Address e.g. mark@yourdomainname.co.uk
Enter Password – as advised
It will then show IMAP settings
Incoming Server
Host Name imap.stackmail.com
User name Full Email Address e.g. mark@yourdomainname.co.uk
Password - as advised
Outgoing Server
Host Name smtp.stackmail.com
User name Full Email Address e.g. mark@yourdomainname.co.uk
Password – as advised
Then Tap Next (Top Right)
If you get an error about sending:
Go back to Settings
Passwords and Accounts > Chose the new email account
Tap the email address
Tap the SMTP server smtp.stackmail.com
Tap the Primary Server
Change the Server Port to 587
